We offer alternative polymers as replacement for the original POP-4, POP-6 and POP-7 polymers ABI Analyzers 310, 3100, 3130, 3130XL, 3730 and 3730XL.
We also offer alternative products for 10X Running Buffer (with EDTA), BigDye Terminator, 5X Sequencing Diluter Buffer, and DNA Size Standards for all ABI analyzer models – including ABI 3500.
SciBuffer™ X64
This product allows up to 64 times dilution of BigDye® premix 3.1 and 1.1, without affecting the quality of the analysis.

SciPOP™ 10X Running Buffer
It is recommended to use the SciPOP™ products in combination with the SciPOP™ 10X Running Buffer, instead of the ABI Running buffer. When using SciPOP™ 10X Running Buffer the resolution is up to 1000 bp.

SciMAT™ Standard Kit
Spectral calibration of DNA sequencing instrument is critical to maintaining high throughput sequencing operations. By evaluating multicolor systems of the sequencing instrument, sequencing providers can automatically correct the spectral overlap in samples loaded onto the capillary arrays. This matrix standard is for use with capillary electrophoresis based genetic analyzers such as Applied Biosystem 310, 3100, 3130 and 3730 series. The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability. The preparation step before loading has been significantly simplified. The matrix standard is sufficient for a minimum of eight array runs (on a 24 capillary) or two array runs (on a 96 capillary).
